🔥 We’re All Born With a Spark
From the moment you were born, you brought something unique. There’s no copy of you.No one sees the world the way you do, laughs like you, imagines like you, loves like you.But sometimes, that spark starts to fade. Why?
Because people tell us how we should be.
Because we think we have to fit in.
Because we keep comparing ourselves.
Because social media makes us feel like we’re not enough.

🧠 What You Think Shapes What You Live
This isn’t some fake motivational quote. It’s real:Your thoughts shape how you feel. And how you feel shapes your choices.If you keep telling yourself “I’m not good enough,” “No one gets me,” “Everything goes wrong,” your brain starts acting like it’s true.
👉🏼 But here’s the good news: you can reprogram that.You can choose to think differently. And when you think differently, you live differently.

🌈 Your Mission Isn’t to Fit In — It’s to Shine
You weren’t born to copy anyone. You were born to find what lights you up.It could be drawing, music, nature, numbers, animals, solving problems, helping people, building stuff, moving your body...
The point is: find it.And to find it, you’ve got to explore. Play. Try things. Fail. Feel. Ask. Listen.

🧩 Exercises to Do With Your Kids (or on Your Own if You’re a Teen)
1. “Spark Box”
Ages: 6+What you need: A decorated box, colorful paper, and pens
👉🏼 Every day, write one thing you love, a crazy idea, a feeling, a dream, or something you're thankful for.After a week, open the box with your family or friends and share what you wrote.

2. “My Unfiltered Day”
Ages: 10+Idea: Once a week, go screen-free. No social media. Just you and the real world.
Go for a walk with no music.
Draw without judging.
Dance in your room.
Write out your thoughts.
Talk to someone face to face.

Goal: Reconnect with what’s real — your body, your thoughts, your wants. Not someone else’s feed.
3. “Thought Traffic Light”
Ages: AllMake a traffic light out of paper: red, yellow, green.
🔴 Thoughts that block you: “I can’t,” “I suck.”
🟡 Doubtful thoughts: “Maybe I’m not that bad,” “Not sure.”
🟢 Thoughts that lift you: “I’m learning,” “I have good things,” “I can handle this.”
👉🏼 When you're feeling low, spot your thought color and try shifting it to green.

☀️ Tips for Getting Out of the Funk
Talk to someone who truly listens. (Not the one who advises without understanding.)
Move your body — even 10 minutes of dancing helps.
Be mindful of what you consume. Social media, gossip, news... it all affects your mood.
Write it all out, even if it doesn’t make sense. These are your emotions coming out.
Do things that make you feel helpful, happy and joyful. Help someone, water a plant, cook something.
